Workshops, Retreats, and Yoga

Shannon has been teaching art classes and hosting workshops for over a dozen years now. After graduating college with a BFA in art education specialized in painting and drawing, she decided that painting wasn’t just the path for her, but a healing force to be practiced and shared with the world. Now she is hosting retreats internationally, leading group workshops, infusing yoga and art with a 200hr certification from Yoga Alliance, and teaching weekly private art sessions.

Shakti Soul

March 20th-26th

Hosted by Vinita Bonita and Kiana Ochoa.

Featuring Shannon Miguela and Kaila Spencer.

The Shakti Soul retreat is 6 days of yoga and transformation. With a small group of women from all different backgrounds and levels, we will immerse ourselves in the practice of yoga and divine leadership. Ayurvedic meals, waterfall excursions, and deep connection to our mother earth.

With a degree in Art Education as well as yoga teacher certified, Shannon is both a full time artist and yoga lover. Sharing knowledge from both of these practices with fellow visionaries is her passion.

As Shannon stepped onto her mat for the very first time, she knew that art and yoga walked side by side together as one. Our mind and body are the most essential tools to embark on our creative journeys. When we flow, we grow closer to the source, the deepest parts of ourselves, the divine that lives within us all.

Whether you know it or not, we were all born artists, honoring this is how we pay respect to the lives we’ve been given. Tapping into our creative soul is the gift I offer with my classes. In her vinyasa style classes you connect breathe to movement in playful poses and transitions that will leave you with new perspectives and a heightened sense of awareness.
